These Terms govern your access to and use of Sip 'N Sin, including sipnsin.party and related services. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or older where required by local law) to use Sip 'N Sin. You are responsible for complying with local alcohol and safety laws. Do not use the Service in unsafe situations, including while driving.
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
We may offer paid features and subscriptions. Pricing, billing periods, and plan details are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You can manage or cancel in your account billing portal.
Recurring plans remain active until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation, unless otherwise required by law. One-time 24-hour access purchases do not auto-renew.
Digital purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to issue a refund in exceptional circumstances. If you have a billing issue, contact help@sipnsin.party.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under applicable UK/EU law.
If you submit decks, prompts, or other content, you represent you have rights to that content and it does not violate law or third-party rights. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute submitted content within the Service.
You must not upload illegal, hateful, harassing, infringing, or abusive content, attempt to disrupt the Service, scrape data, reverse engineer protected areas, or misuse APIs and automation.
Except for your content, the Service, branding, code, design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit them except as expressly permitted.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for outages, delays, or feature changes.
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or the platform, or where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
From time to time we may run optional promotional programs that invite users to share user-generated content on third-party platforms (for example, tagging us on Instagram). Any free Premium codes awarded through such programs are entirely discretionary, are sent on a non-recurring basis at our sole judgement, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or other consideration.
No purchase is necessary to participate, and no purchase increases your chances of receiving a code. There is no guarantee of any code, prize, or reward. Participation is open only to users who meet our age and eligibility requirements (18+ and otherwise eligible under local law). We may refuse, void, or revoke codes at our discretion, including for content we judge to be fraudulent, abusive, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of the third-party platform's rules.
These programs are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other third-party platform. We do not collect or store third-party platform profile data beyond what is necessary to deliver any code we choose to send.
